Medical Claims Adjudicator with Mandarin Proficiency 精通中文水平的医疗理赔审核员

Key Responsibility:

• Input, analyze, and determine the amount payable of medical claims made by Manulife Hong Kong Policyholders based on policy provisions and operating guidelines

• Ensure completeness of all submitted documents and obtain missing information and invoices from medical providers as necessary

• Issue correspondence to policy holders within a tight timeline

• Ensures accuracy of information entered in the system

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. Medical course is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing comprehension) is a must

• At least 2 years of claims experience for a healthcare or financial account

• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)

• Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City (Hybrid-Work Arrangement)

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Business Process Associate with Mandarin Proficiency 精通中文水平的商业流程分析师

Key Responsibility:

• Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

• Constantly increase the number of knowledgeable functions handled by the team

• Handle transactions accurately with minimum supervision

• Conduct in-depth analysis on all clients’ requests and make effective decisions whenever necessary

• Assist colleagues during business peak season or high-volume days

• Communicate effectively to agents and clients through memo and letter

• Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

• Give regular updates on the current performance of the team or individual when deemed necessary

• Ensure that all cases assigned are completed within the turn-around-times

• Consistently meet the service targets set by the company at the soonest possible time

Minimum Requirements to Hire:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading and writing comprehension) is a must

• Work experience required is dependent on the following:

o No experience required for Bachelor's degree holders

o At least 1 year of work experience for those with college education of at least 2 years BUT no degree

o At least 2 years of relevant experience for candidates with less than 2 years of college education

• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed)

• Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City (Hybrid-Work Arrangement)
